YourLife™ communities are currently open in Pensacola, Tallahassee, Stuart, Palm Beach Gardens, Coconut Creek, Wildwood located at “The Villages,” and West Melbourne.

While Rick has a personal passion for the senior living sector, OLP has developed a wide variety of projects, including: retail shopping centers, restaurants, award-winning master planned communities, high-end waterfront condominiums, resorts for luxury motor coaches, and other development projects over the past 35 years. His latest projects include the expansion of Tidal Wave Auto Spas into Florida, the institutional student housing project “The Next,” and the newest Gulf-front luxury condominium development on Okaloosa Island, called “Blu.”
